Executive Division, Office of Management and Finance

The Executive Division of the Office of Management and Finance is composed of the Undersecretary, Executive Management Officer, Director of Policy and Planning, and Executive Services Assistant and an Executive Secretary. The Executive Division is responsible for providing guidance, policy and planning, training, technical and administrative direction and review for all facets and activities of the Office of Management and Finance.

The Policy and Planning Section of the Executive Division provides support and technical assistance in the development of Louisiana Economic Development (LED) strategic plans, operational plans and in performance accountability activities; coordinates all LED performance tracking, legislation tracking and process mapping, as well as identification and implementation of process improvements and external performance audits. Policy and Planning works with other LED divisions in utilizing technology to improve performance and customer service delivery and is the center of LED’s ISO-9001 2000 and Customer Service Team efforts.
